This 90 Day program will help Leaders have a fresh start to gain credibility and establish positive momentum. Our online training will be in a group setting with only 12 students. The quality of planning and training will set the stage for success. There are also periods of acute vulnerability, because some Christian Leaders lack established proper framework and a detailed understanding for down the road of diversity. Also in today’s world there are many issues facing racism that could be messy, emotional, and uncomfortable.. My 90-day plan will prepare you to breakthrough and overcome these barriers.

We have a variety of Leaders; young, old, Caucasian (White), African America (Black), Native Americans (Indian), Latino (Spanish Speaking) and many more that have proven track records to help you start on a solid foundation.

Once a week you will as a group meet with me and then once a week meet with the Team of Trainers to keep you moving forward. There will be various assignments to help you follow through with using the information that is being taught. Their will also be some practical application moments to help us understand the challenges. Our program is a hands on program.

The Let’s Look Heaven Coaching Program was born out of my heart’s desire to see all races, cultures, and ethnic groups come together according to scripture and worship with one voice. In Ephesians 2 the scripture says we are to be the One New Man in Christ has called us to be. As I look at the churches, ministries, and Christian businesses I didn’t see this happening. So I prayed and prayed and cried out to God for many years. He revealed to me that we are all suppose to be Ministers of Reconciliation. . God gave me a plan with a book called Keturah Revealed which I was able to use a reconciliation tool. It is in Genesis 25:1-6 where it says Abraham again took a wife and her name was Keturah. As I studied with some Jewish Rabbi’s I found that Keturah was an African women. The word says Abram’s name was changed to Abraham because he was to be the father of many nations. Upon this discovery it really brought home to me that God wanted all of us at His table to dine with Him. I did a 50 State tour teaching on reconciliation and found that a lot of Christians were struggling. This led me to create my Let's Look Like Heaven Programs.
